I'm pretty sure Ron Paul, in saying "honest rape," was talking about a woman being honest about actually being raped instead of lying about it in order to get an abortion. I know it may shock you but there are actually instances in which women actually do lie about being raped for their own purposes.

Otherwise: I have a lot more respect for people who stand their ground and say that abortion is not justified in cases of rape. There is only one reason to be opposed to allowing women to choose to have abortions under any circumstances. That reason is that the unborn are individual members of our species with a right to continue life. If that's not the case...if they do not have a right to life...there is no basis for being opposed to allowing a woman to choose abortion at all.

So once you accept the premise that the unborn have a right to live, are you going to say it goes away if they were conceived through the act of rape? You can't be intellectually honest and do that. You can't say it's OK to kill an innocent individual because they were conceived through rape.

Though I will usually vote for them over people who take the complete "pro choice" position that it's OK to kill the unborn for any reason the woman carring them may have, I have a certain disdain for those who say, "I'm against abortion except in cases of rape and incest." If you make those exceptions you can't sustain a basis for being against abortion at all. And I think you're a coward who feels like you just can't be THAT "politically incorrect."

Not much difference. Passing through the vaginal canal is only magical for adults.

Where rape is involved, no abortions. Doctors will remove the fetus and raise it in a lab. It's life or death will be determined by the skill of the doctors and nurses caring for it, and of course, God's will.

The father will be responsible for all expenses, in the likely case that the father has no money then the tax payers will foot the bill.

If it's determined that the mother deserved to be raped because of choices that she made then she can pay the bills.

The Bible is a guide with stories to learn from, most common sense, good vs not so good. There are only 10 rules to follow, and even the most perfect person does not follow them 100%. I think it's mostly based on reason and logic. I just got a operating guide for my leaf blower, and I don't have to follow everything in the guide, just have to put gas in the tank and it runs. If I follow all the instructions, the blower last longer and works better.
