I didn't catch it either, but its funny as hell now. I don't think its as funny if Bill Clinton isn't involved somehow in the joke though.

What I did catch and think was hilarious was Romney's attempt to explain that cutting taxes on dividends, interest and capital gains will have any direct impact on the middle-class's tax bill. And Obama not even calling him out. Pure comedy gold.
