Should the names of the Johns be made public?

They are adults...release the names.

Prostitution being illegal is silly to begin with. Releasing the names helps no one. This really should be a private matter for the families and spouses involved. Not to mention it's a misdemeanor.

Agree.

BUT, it's still illegal. They knew it was illegal, and if their names come out as part of the investigation or trial, it's their own fault. If you're not ready to face the ramifications of your behavior, don't put yourself in that situation.

I agree about prostitution...if it were legal it would probably result in far fewer health problems and a better treatment of the prostitutes, and a much cleaner industry in which to place one's willie. And think of the tax revenue that could help local economies!

However, it is currently illegal and that information should be available to the public. If you want to fool around and do something illegal, then you should be held responsible for your actions.
