Malcolm X was an intelligent man who eventually discovered that Islam, like all religions, accepts anybody. I will have to post the piece from 60 MINUTES in 2000 where his daughter sat down with Louis Farrakhan, the man she still holds responsible for the death of her father.

I still think the Government kill Bro. Malcolm. But did Farrakhan fan the Flames HELL YES!!!!! and Farrakhan also said he may have played a part in his Murder.

So where does the FBI or government come into all this? Farrakhan said he created the environment for the assassination and from what I remember it was X's own men that did it and were convicted of the murder.

If you read the Malcolm X biography you'll see he mentions frequently that he was under constant surveillance by American agents... some obviously tracking him in broad daylight - others sneaking about and trying to go unnoticed - but he was being watched closely

I suspect things weren't terribly different with MLK. Is the suggestion that the FBI or other covert branch recruited some of Malcolm's own men to kill him? I'll defer to your advanced age....err...experience in the matter.

I don't really know who killed him
I think at the time our FBI knew exactly who killed him
I'm not suggesting it was the FBI or CIA
Nor am I saying they were implicitly behind it - but - I know they did NOTHING to stop it
