I always find it funny when people don't watch videos and complain about how long they are. If you don't want to watch it, don't watch it, it's very simple.

JSO also argues about certain issues that he feels strongly about. Unless spanos starts a thread about one of JSO's pet issues an argument between the two is unlikely.

Not quite. I know I'm not going to persuade the persons I'm arguing with. What I'm doing is showing those that are inclined to agree with me that there are reasonable arguments for their positions. Take the global warming thing. I know I'm not going to convince someone who is a global warming enthusiast about the uncertainty involved. But I can show those who are not in that camp that the IPCC itself concedes that they can't really unequivocally say that any particular thing, including human activity, causes some observed change in the climate.
