Why are you bored? Isn't there a convention about to start? You should focus on all the positives that are about to come out of Charlotte.

No, but conks are the ones who act like gay marriage would destroy the sanctity of the institution, when straight people already do more than enough to accomplish that. :thumb:

What's to address? I know plenty of R's who don't give a hoot about gay marriage.

Yeah, really. You found an example of an exception to the rule, but in general it is the conks that talk about family values more than the donks. That rings hollow when you come out against gay marriage but say nothing about divorce.

Some conks, not all conks, but some loud conks.
There are also donks that speak about it too, mostly ignored by the media.

I know plenty of democrat catholics who are against gay marriage. I was one of very few who didn't go sign the petition after mass last spring.

I worry about my own marriage and keeping it going as well as possible. While I don't have a problem with gay marriage, it really isn't my battle to fight. :twocents:

Some of you left leaners should be out protesting on street corners on behalf of the gay population if it means that much to you. Easy to cast stones at your perception of others from the safety of your computer when you could be out doing something to correct the injustices you see. :coffee:

That's fine, but your party has made it clear that its official position on the issue is discrimination. That's all I'm trying to get across. :thumb:

Show me one Republican that admits he is stuck with a socially retarded party and I'll kiss you full on the lips

War on Science
War on Women
War on Homosexuals
War on Anything that seems odd (to a mid-westerner)

A huge percentage of the "stance" of the Republican Party is awesome - frankly I love the talking points
They don't actually do any of them when they're in office - but I love them
the rest of it simply needs to be junked - Dark Ages - Bass akwards - stupidity

No. I'm not a registered member of either party.
