This is one case where the likelihood is high that this guy was going to kill the guy he was after even if guns didn't even exist.

A few months ago, I dropped $1400+ on one of their Custom Covert II .45 ACP's and got a t-shirt in the deal. I ask for an XL, but they sent me a XXXL. I wanted to give it to ALPHA, but it's too small for even him! You're the only one I know that it'll fit, and thought I'd make a peace offering...you fat, rat bastard!

How could this even happen? I thought handguns were pretty much outlawed in NYC? Not to mention all the recent shootings in Chicago. How does this happen? Once the guns are outlawed, don't they evaporate? Or do you mean to tell me someone isn't following the law in NYC & Chicago? IT'S A LAW PEOPLE! COOPERATE!! WE LIVE IN A SOCIETY!!!

After they banned guns in Australia, gun related violence went up, as did most other crimes:
