Didn't see this here or in the locker room, so I posted it.
It's cases like these with no chance of false conviction where the death penalty seems justifiable. Of course anyone who would do something like this MUST not understand right from wrong and it wouldn't be faaaaaaaaaaair to put them on death row.

Yea I didn't get the thinking in bringing a 3-month old to something like this. Regardless, the guy should receive a speedy trial & be promptly executed. How there can be any other thinking I don't know.

How does a guy sneak a shotgun and AK (plus handguns) through the movie entrance in the summer? Maybe Coloradoans wear trench coats year around?
Speedy trial, no appeals, give him the blue juice.

I think he may have entered the theater through a propped open emergency door. I believe he prepped the area earlier, pulled his car up to the emergency door, and burst through the propped open door. At least that is what I heard.

Yeah, even the CNN article mentioned he came through the emergency door at the front of the theatre. ASUG8 just ain't too smart.

So far I've seen these stories
MSNBC Ties Colorado Shooting to Watergate
MSNBC (live) | 7/20/12
Per "Jansing & Company:" "Shooter bought ticket, went out through fire door, taped door lock open like they did in Watergate...""Is there something far more sinister going on here than just the shooting...?" Clint Van Zandt: "We have to ask: is this shooting tied to the one in Columbine? Unfortunately, we are getting far too many mass shootings to be able to tie them all together..."

The Usual Suspects: ABC's Ross, Stephanolpoulos Point to Tea Party in Dark Knight Shooting
Breitbart ^ | 7/20/2012 | Joel B. Pollak
On Good Morning America, ABC News' Brian Ross and George Stephanolpoulos suggested that the Tea Party might be connected to the mass shootings early this morning in an Aurora, CO theater during a screening of the new Batman movie, The Dark Knight Rises. The mainstream media attempted to blame the Tea Party for the Tuscon shootings in January 2011, shortly after Republicans swept the midterm elections. Now, in the critical 2012 elections, the mainstream media seems poised to do the same--and ABC News has led the way. Here is the exchange between reporter Brian Ross and host George Stephanopoulos about...

Another example of how biased the media is, and how they will attempt to slant a story for cosumption by sheeple. How does anyone hear this news and determine "oh it must be some tea party guy" or even suggest that a political party is somehow responsible? Completely illogical. The killer is a total wacko and we have no idea what his motivation was or why he is damaged enough to do this.

Yep. And Joel Pollak needs to learn how to spell Tucson.

About taking away gun rights
Bloomberg: What are Obama, Romney going to do?
Politico ^ | July 20, 2012 | Kevin Robillard
New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, who has emerged as one of the nation’s highest-profile supporters of gun control, demanded on Friday that the presidential candidates “stand up and tell us what they’re going to do about” mass shootings. Asked about the Colorado mass shootings at a movie theater showing “The Dark Knight Rises” in Aurora, Colo., that killed at least 12 people, Bloomberg said politicians needed to offer policy proposals in addition to prayers and sympathy. “Soothing words are nice,” Bloomberg said during an interview on WOR News Talk Radio 710 in New York City. “But maybe it’s time...

I really hope Bloomberg gets into a car crash today and is ejected then run over by a pavement compactor.

Yesterday Rush Limbaugh said the Dark Knight rises is pro-Obama propaganda because the villain is named "Bain". Must be his fault.

Prayer being the code word for holy war.
