a)... could politicians talk about the greed of the rich at a $35,000 per plate campaign fund raising event.

b)... could people claim that the government still discriminates against blacks when there is a black president, a black attorney general, two out of the last three secretary of states have been black, roughly 18% of the federal work force is black while only 12% of the population is black.

c)... could we have the two people largely responsible for current the tax code- Fed Chairman Geithner and former House Ways and Means head Rangel- BOTH turn out to be tax cheats who are in favor of higher taxes.

d)... can terrorists kill thousands of innocent people in the name of Allah and have the media primarly worried about the backlash against Muslims.

e)... could we make people who want to become American citizens wait in their home countries for years and pay tens of thousands of dollars for the privilege while we discuss letting anyone who sneaks into the country illegally just become a citizen through amnesty.

f)... could people who believe in balancing the budget and adhering to the constitution be labeled extremists.

g)... could you need to present a drivers license to buy booze, cash a check, get on an airplane, or get in a strip club, but not to vote.

h)... could people demand that oil companies be investigated for "gouging" the public because the price of gas rose when the return on equity invested in a major US oil company (marathon) is less than half that of a company making tennis shoes using foreign child labor (Nike).

i)... could the government collect more taxes than any nation in recorded history, still spend a trillion dollars more than it takes in per year for total spending of $7 million per minute, and still complain that it doesn't have nearly enough money.

j)... could the "rich" people who pay 86% of the total income taxes paid be acused of not paying their fair share by those who pay no income taxes at all.

That about sums it up! Election 2012: the Makers vs. the Takers.

So the implication of the above is that now somehow (out of the blue) a Republican is going to actually address the issues listed up there ^ we've been waiting all this time - Republican after Republican but now all of a sudden this is going to get fixed

And the guy the Republicans have selected to address these things listed
