It is obviously a Travesty of Justice.Wedgebuster wrote:Fox news and all their minions will be outraged.polsongrizz wrote:http://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/ ... story.html

I should have said it won't be a 1st degree murder charge. It could be a lesser degree or manslaughter -- or coon hunting without a license.Wedgebuster wrote:CitadelGrad wrote:There was no grand jury so it won't be a murder charge.
Coon hunting without a license?
If it's like the LA riots they didn't figure out that trashing their own neighborhood businesses didn't really get the message out. Same story in NOLA - if you're trying to send a message you don't foul your own nest.93henfan wrote:So now they charge him. Nothing will stick. He'll walk, and then we'll have to go through the riots and whooping and hollering so typical of certain segments of the population all over again.
Glad guns are still legal.Could get scary.
Agreed. Granted none of us have all the evidence the prosecution & the defense would present in a courtroom but as likely as it is/was he'd get charged, it's almost equally likely based on what we know that he'll be acquitted. Remember the term beyond a reasonable doubt....93henfan wrote:So now they charge him. Nothing will stick. We'll see. It's one of those situations where it's difficult to have confidence in the process because it's politicized. Like the prosecutor today starting off by saying she went in to get "Justice for Travon." Me, I think that kind of implies going in with a bias since if you go in with a blank slate you're trying to decide if that's called for.D1B wrote:It's gonna get ugly when that fat **** walks.
Thank god there are no black folks where I live.
Good luck gentlemen.
Most of the blacks I've seen on TV the last few weeks have said "We judst want to see him charged, let this be decided inb a court of law, etc." Now you;re saying the black folks are moving the goal posts?D1B wrote:It's gonna get ugly when that fat **** walks.

They need to keep them nearby in case they decide to lynch Zimmerman after he walks.BDKJMU wrote:Most of the blacks I've seen on TV the last few weeks have said "We judst want to see him charged, letthis be decided inb a court of law, etc." Now you;re saying the black folks are moving the goal posts?D1B wrote:It's gonna get ugly when that fat **** walks.
