Am I missing something? Is there more to the story than just that pic?

Ooooooo, I remember reading something where a kid got shot because he went to the store to buy skittles for his brother/nephew, something like that. Ahhhhh. Didn't know there was a 9-11 call.

Yeah. A kid named Trayvon Martin. Shot by a paranoid guy because he was coming towards him carrying "SOMETHING IN HIS HAND!!!" :ohno: :ohno: :ohno:

As messed up as this story is, it isn't the first time something like this has happened. You hear a lot about neighborhood watch, or at least I have. This story from Utah was pretty jacked up too.

http://utah-concealed-carry-permit.com/ ... ooting.php

Even with the one guy in jail and one paralized this story isn't over. It sounds like the neighborhood watch dude may have been a pedophile and the guy going after him could have been right. Not exactly the same story I know. They are all pretty stupid and at fault in the Campos one. :twocents:

Having been involved in emergency services together with volunteers the fact is not every volunteer is what you really want on the job.

This guy is a douche, and should have been sat on a long time ago apparently.

Second degree murder in my book, at the very least.

It's Florida. If Casey is innocent, so is this fucker. :ohno: He follows the boy, confronts him AGAINST THE ADVICE OF LAW ENFORCEMENT and then murders him (probably during an altercation that Zimmerman began). :ohno: :ohno: What a shame.

And even worse - Sanford PD didn't investigate.

 I just heard the 911 tapes. He's screaming for help! This is some BULLSHIT if this guy gets away with this.

Trayvon Martin RIP

A couple of days ago this young man lost his life at 17 yrs of age due to his skin color courtesy of gun shots from George Zimmerman. He was a native of Florida and he was visiting his father and this so-called night watchman saw him and called his dispatcher and said "I see someone suspicious looking a young black male wearing a hoodie" The dispatcher told Zimmerman "Under no circumstances are you to follow him" Needless to say Zimmerman disobeyed a direct order. The last person to hear him before he lost his life was his girlfriend and Martin told her "I think I'am being followed"The police removed his cellphone so there is a definite coverup in this incident. Also the only other personal effects Martin had on him were a bag of Skittles and a can of ice tea.

What about the guy that called 911 and said, "He's screaming for help. I'mnot going to help him" :ohno: :ohno:

I saw this on the news...very sad, indeed.

Heard about this last week on R&F and they spent some time on it. Pretty f'n sad. If you go to 2:20-2:25 and listen real close with the volume up see what you think he says under his breath.

:dunce:

Before you use quotation marks, you should probably listen to the tapes. Under no circumstances did the dispatcher use the words, "under no circumstances"...and it wasn't an order.

But don't let facts get in the way of your rant.

In the meantime, it sounds as though Zimmerman should be violated in ways that only prisoners can imagine.
