It's all a PR move. Those sponsors have been with Limbaugh for years, and ALL will be right back on the airwaves just as soon as the heat is off.

I have to admit that there is some poetic justice watching a guy who has been a blowhard and a bully his entire career get pilloried by a bunch of blowhard bullies. That being said, this columnist makes a valid point that rage over comments are like this is selective. David Letterman can liken Sarah Palin to a "slutty flight attendant" and say that her teen-aged daughter was "knocked up," but the left couldn't care. They only get enraged by this type of dehumanizing speech when the women attacked is a liberal sacred cow.

Seems Limbaugh's listeners are boycotting advertisers who pull ads.

A liberal sacred cow is a women who spends $50,000 a year to attend Georgetown Law School and then thinks the school should pay for her birth control -- despite its faith-based objections protected by the First Amendment. You know ... a privileged young woman with the notion that her sense of entitlement is more important than other's fundamental rights.

It's a shame that the issue has been clouded by the course, personal attack by a blowhard.

And Issa's "birth control panel" was actually for the purpose of hearing testimony from religious leaders regarding their opinions about forcing religious institutions to pay for or subsidize birth control. It is a laugh riot that women and people dominated by women (like you) assert that it needed Sandra Fluke's opinion on the issue it was addressing.

For the record, I felt all along that Rush's comments were actually decent smack and not really that big of a deal. The ensuing circus is what makes me laugh.

Somehow, faux indignation from left feels more disingenuous than faux indignation from the right.

Maybe it is because there are no self imposed limits on the behavior of people on the left.
