Islamic regime pardons woman jailed for being raped

And, yes, this has something to do with Islam. Even if you're an atheist, surely you can see that in today's context Islam is a way bigger problem than any other religion is. And, yes, Afghanistan has an Islamist government. It may not be as stringent as it was under the Taliban. But it's still essentially an Islamist government.

I agree that Islam is a way bigger problem than any other religion in today's context.

It doesn't mean fundamental Christianity is any better, though. It just mean that fundamentalist Christians aren't in power anywhere on earth. We do have people in this country that would like to make the literal law of the Bible the law of the land. That would be equally as dangerous as what you cite.

The USA and almost all of Europe - christian nations, have killed more people than Islam ever will. Including the 100,000 - mostly innocent civilians, recently in the last three wars.

Absolutely, thank god for capitalism. The merchant class keeps theocracy and religious tyrants in the shadows. That is the sole difference between us and them.

Their time will come again in the West. :nod:
