I kicked my son out of the house this weekend...

My Son just walked into the living room Saturday and said, "Dad, cancel my allowance immediately, rent my room out, throw all my clothes out of the window, take my TV, stereo, iPhone, iPod, and my laptop. Please take all of my stuff to the Salvation Army or Cash Converters.

Then sell my new car. Take my front door key away from me and throw me out of the house. Then disown me and never talk to me again. And don't forget to write me out of your will and leave my share to my brothers."

Well, he didn't put it quite like that. he actually said...

"Dad I have decided to work for Obama's re-election campaign."

I'm sure 0bama will take care of him...

It's one thing to live in your house and vote for him (he's not old enough to vote, is he?)...

But to materially contribute to the 0bama reelection effort is another thing...

 :kisswink:

It's a joke, Colonel.

He's actually VERY conservative. Much more-so than I....in fact, he's going to an Arts high school for guitar and choir and he said all four of the conservatives in the high school found out who each other were and had to band together. He fears that if he voices his conservative opinion he'll be ostracized. Sad that at his high school the gay kids can be very open about it, but Godforfuckingbid you're a conservative. :ohno: :ohno: :ohno:

The future has potential then...as my son is much more conservative than I am...

We had his bachelor party Saturday night in Downtown DC...we tried to find the Occupy DC folks, but apprently most went home because it was cold...

Be proud...

Tell him he's welcome to crash on Skjellyfetti's couch for as long as he needs.

AZ. He is just acting out. Probably because he wants to go hunting/fishing/hiking..... Probably wishes he could be in Montana...or, wants to converse with Pols so he won't be a BL snob.

Whatta ya expect - poor kid grew up watching Red Dawn and having never listened to the holy trinity of classic rock; Neil, Bob, and the Beatles. Probably thinks bankers are producers too. Send him to Missoula and Pols will return him in dreds, smelling of patchouli, thinking porters are "light" ales. :coffee:

Neil, Bob and Beatles are HARDLY the holy trinity of Classic Rock.

To each their own, but I wouldn't classify the Beatles or Bob (Dylan?) as Classic Rock.

Dylan is more folk rock.
