Does Bachmann Dislike New Hampshire?

She has only made two trips to New Hampshire since she started her presidential campaign and now she becomes the only major candidate to not file her papers for the states primary either in person or via a representative, instead she mailed in the form with the $1,000 fee, of course this should come as no real surprise as she is now figuratively and literally mailing it in when it comes to the first in the nation primary.
Of course, I suppose the real question here is why not just save the $1,000 and not appear on the New Hampshire ballot, since its doubtful she will even beat Jon Huntsman here in January, hell Rick Santorum will probably beat her and I would even put it out of the possibility that some no name GOP candidate will beat her.
