Yeah, keep telling yourself it's
overpopulation that will bring down western civilization.

This is a good thing. And one of the only things that gives me hope for the future.

How much hope do you have that there will be anything left of SS when you get to retirement age, jelly?

Interesting. There was a statement about the population of whites declining. I wonder why that is. I don't think we will go to the lenghts that Russia has (National Conception Day) but this an interesting read.

Whoa. Out of context.
Now, I know some people want me to bypass Congress and change the laws on my own. And believe me, right now dealing with Congress -- Believe me -- believe me, the idea of doing things on my own is very tempting. I promise you. Not just on immigration reform. But that's not how -- that's not how our system works. That’s not how our democracy functions. That's not how our Constitution is written.
So let’s be honest. I need a dance partner here -- and the floor is empty.

Whoops. Nice editing by the right-wing rag

So basically the original quote, "I’d Like to Bypass Congress and Change the Rules on My Own," wasn't even worded correctly.
http://www.whitehouse.gov/the-press-off ... il-la-raza" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
So not is it only completely out of context, but the National Journal even changed the quote from, "
I know some people want me to bypass Congress and change the
laws on my own," to "
I’d like to bypass congress and change the
rules on my own." The edits make the meaning of that single sentence in the quote completely different.
A lot of government officials read this publication...kinda worrying when writers/editors are just changing quotes.

And you sir just illustrated what is wrong with SS. If SS had been set up from the beginning so everyone could only receive out of it what they (and their employer & spouse) paid into it, under their own interest bearing account, would still be the govt saying you're too stupid to invest you're own retirement $ so we'll do it for you, but there would never be a problem with its solvency.
But instead you have this Ponzi scheme. There's a reason why Ponzi schemes are illegal and ALL Ponzi schemes eventually fail, and the people at the bottom get f***ed. So the sooner it fails, the better.
If you're in your 20s-30s you're relying on SS to be around in its current form when you retire and to be a major component of your retirement portfolio then you're just a dumb f***k (Not you Pwns but people in general) who will probably end up semi or totally destitute.
