Seriously, I'd open my own business with minority grants, sell my services preferentially to the government, and start saving less for my kids college education, as grants/schollies would be easier to obtain.

Instead of being frustrated with the system, I'd work it to my advantage. Any minority entrepreneur with a good plan can do very well for themselves given the current political environment.
