Whatever. I've served a total of 44 months combined (which is probably a shit load longer than most of the whiners in this video) in either Iraq or Afgh and I have absolutely zero regrets because I know that I haven't ever done or ordered anything that's illegal or immoral. Sounds like these people either had weak leadership or were themselves weak.

Kerry made a career being a whiner.
Hell he even has his own shrine in a Vietnam war museum...of course it's the commies that are honoring him. http://www.tinyvital.com/Misc/KerryHono ... nists2.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

On a happier note
Did you see what some students did on LSU's campus when a radical wanted to burn the flag.
Maybe there is still hope for students
Cartman would be proud

LSU American flag burning stopped before it could start http://www.2theadvocate.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; ^ | May 11, 2011 | Jordan Blum
A planned American flag burning at LSU ended before it started Wednesday when about 1,000 LSU students and other protesters forced police to intervene.
LSU graduate student Benjamin Haas had originally planned to burn an American flag at noon on the Parade Ground to promote his First Amendment rights and to support an LSU student who was arrested last week for stealing and burning a flag.
But, when Haas finally arrived to a chaotic scene, he was surrounded by a large crowd yelling obscenities and chanting, “U-S-A” and “Go to hell hippie, go to hell.”

Any time you are dealing a group consisting of a large number of people you can find plenty of individuals that are atypical. If there are 100,000 in the group and 1 percent of them believe we should establish a hard core communist government, for example, that is 1,000 people and you could make a very long video of person after person from the group arguing for why we should have a hard core communist government.
Sure, you can listen to a set of individual testimonials like that and think about whether or not the individuals involved make good points . But such a set of testimonials tells you nothing at all about the relative prevalence of the general outlook being expressed except that it is not completely absent.

What ever (to the video)...
My son is on his third combat tour since 2004...the first one was in Iraq, before the "Surge" and their rules of engagement were horrible...things like they could not shoot back even if fired upon, unless they could clearly see who fired on them...
His second tour in Iraq, he was embeded with the Iraqi military, helping to teach them...the Americans were armed, but basically could not act as soldiers unless their lives were seriously endangered...
He's in Afghansitan now, backing up the Special Forces Group HQ (He's no SF, but his specialized unit supports them)...he won't say much about what is going on over the open phones, but I'm sure we'll have an interesting conversation when he gets home...
One funny line in the video...one misfit talks about "They weren't terrorist...they were wearing sandals..." Remember what the Viet Cong and NVA wore in Vietnam...or was history not one of your strong points... footwear fashion does not indicate terrorist or not...

Soldiers are not required to honor an immoral or illegal order. Those that do are as guilty as the leadership.
