I don't see anything dickhead about it. The driver was blocking the left lane and the cop moved him over without giving him a citation, which he could have done.

I've seen similar stunts - actually it's not a bad deal, basically a warning without stopping. The problem for the slow driver in the left lane is that cars to the right will automatically match speeds at the speed limit once they see the cop, and then the guy's trapped without slowing down to below the speed limit.

Of course, stay the fuck out of the left lane unless you're passing...

If you're not going to drive the speed limit GET THE F. OUT of the fast lane and go relax in the slow lane and chill out - it's actually dangerous to drive 40 in the fast lane because of how many other people you frustrate and annoy

9 times out of 10 around Montana on the highway if someone is lollygagging in the left lane on a highway it's a woman. Seems like they are just too dumb (the ones that do it) to get their stupid ass over to the right when cars are coming up on them.

Not sure if that was the turnpike, but if it was, I think there are stretches of it with a 45 mph minimum. There are also signs that say "Slower Traffic Keep Right".

Come on, SK... you need to follow up here. That guy WAS serving and protecting.... the OTHER motorists on the road.

I did that a lot on I-526 around Charleston as well as I-26, and several times other motorists would honk at me and give the thumbs up. The only dickheads on the roads are the ones who ignore the rules to the inconvenience of everyone around them.

Dickhead move in my opinion. Tough to tell how fast he was going but pretty sure he passed a car or two. Cop should have never have been that close and that is another dickhead move. The guy is two for two. If the car was going at least the speed limit, he was doing nothing wrong and didn't deserve that...

Incorrect on all accounts. He passed nobody in the video and could have been riding the left lane for miles. Again, in Virginia, if you are in the left lane and somebody comes up behind you who is going faster, you are REQUIRED to move over even if you are exceeding the speed limit.

Yes.....dikhead move by the Civic driver. I'd like to know how many wrecks are caused by stupid foks driving slow in left lane and pissing the other drivers off. SLow driving on an interstate is just as dangerous as fast driving but you seldom see that issue addressed because it will get thrown out of court. I commend the actions of this noble policeman.
