Let's not kid ourselves Jeff. There are PLENTY of gay men abusing their "collar" whether it is with children or with post pubescent boys, it's still repugnent. If 2 gay men want to hook up the same as heterosexuals, it should be because of mutual love and attraction and both of a sound mind. Whether the boy is 5 or 15, the "Priest" is still abusing his power.

There are gays in any church of believers, some willing to do the Lord's work and to bring about good in people's lives and others, to destroy what the church believes and teachers and yes, plenty of heterosexuals are doing this as well. This is just NOT a catholic issue. I'm not saying I disagree with you on the premise of the subject, but you can find this in any seminary, not just in a catholic one. Peace.

Got no problem whatsoever with gays in collar. Just fascinated by the ultra conservative wing of the catholic church. I bet a majority of catholic priests are gay, yet they discriminate against gays almost exclusively.
