For those who bemoan black lives matter type movements and excessive gun control, this shit doesn’t help your cause.
That's right throw the prosecutor in jail too, dammit.

Might as well tar and feather too. Fuck this due process shit!!!!!
I think the prosecutor deserves due process as well.

Prosecutorial discretion is a cornerstone of our justice system

Just a few minutes of logical, sober contemplation should make the reasons why obvious

You don’t sue lawyers for not bringing cases, just like you don’t pay cops for how many arrests they make

Do I have to point EVERY obvious thing out to you twats?

god im getting tired of this forum

um... that might be the least shocking part about this whole thing

McMichael, son of Brunswick District Attorney walks away a free man at the end of this
if it hadn't been for the video footage this wouldn't even be a ripple on the radar
Jeezus Christ, Clitz

McMichael is 64 and his son is 34, and neither are or were ever a District Attorney. :ohno:
No one disputes that McMichael is the son of Brunswick District Attorney’s Office investigator Greg McMichael
no one disputes that he shot and killed Arbery on Feb. 23

and he will not be convicted of any form of murder
care to make a wager Baldy?

and again
were there no video - not even a ripple

:notworthy:

I'll take that action
I'm thinking some kind of self defense plea and manslaughter

define:
Manslaughter is an unlawful killing that doesn't involve malice aforethought—intent to seriously harm or kill, or extreme, reckless disregard for life. The absence of malice aforethought means that manslaughter involves less moral blame than either first or second degree murder.

Both of them suck at promoting racial harmony but there are differences in the why. Obama had so much unrealized potential. I never expected Trump to improve harmony and he's fanned the flames more overtly than Obama ever did.

This is pretty much spot on.

Also note that it is OK to be proud to be black or to set up a program to only help black people in this country. However, it is racist to be proud to be white or to set up a program to only help white people in this country.

We have a legal double-standard.

And that pisses a lot of people off.

Self-defense will be hard when there's two dudes with a truck and two weapons and one guy on foot in broad daylight with no visible weapon and video to back it up. That said, I understand prosecutors are fearful to charge something that has a chance of losing.

He's retired, he isn't and was never the District Attorney, and his son isn't the son of the District Attorney.

Does he have connections to the DA's office? Could people believe that he would have gotten away with this because of his connections if it weren't for the video?

To be fair you said DA in the first post. Kind of like your memes... always taking facts then injecting extra to make them false when it's not needed.
