You need to renegotiate your contract.

I didn't know you were a cyclist. What do you ride?
Yes, I'm going off topic, but this thread sucks anyway. As if the GOP hasn't pretty much always been goofy. Come on.
Dear lord... please allow this dangerous combination of hair spary, bat slobber, and D.O.T. four automatic transmission fluid to excite my mind, occupy my spirits, and enrage my body, provoking me to kick any man or woman in the back of the head regardless of what he or she has or has not done unto me. All my Best, Earlie Cuyler.

Trek 2000 road bike which I've had for about 8 years. I also have a Trek 1100 road bike which I bought in 1993. I drive part way to work and ride the rest, 25 - 30 miles a day Monday through Friday.

How about you?
I ride a Boo. I've had it for about six months. Prior to that I was riding a Look for the past six years. Try to get in as much riding during the week as possible. I live four miles from my office so not much of a ride there, but we have several group rides in the evenings and I have fridays off, so between weeknights and long weekend rides I try to get in a couple hundred a week, a good week I can get two fifty, sometimes three when the kids are in school and I have all morning on fridays to ride. The weather down here pretty much gives you twelve months of riding, but I slow down a lot during deer and football season.

Nice.
I'm hoping to ride 3000 miles this year, but I have to do most of the damage between April and October.

Good luck. How's the traffic there? Motorists give you room and all? It varies here. Most people are pretty decent about it. But you do get one or two assholes who wanna hug up against you as if they crossed the yellow line they'd implode.
