I don't think it's as simple as marky mark wayne and the DHS funky bunch make it seem.
- Where will the flights be rerouted to?
- Do those airports have the capacity (customs space, gates, etc.) to handle lots of new international arrivals
- How will this impact airlines and how will they react (their lobbyists are probably already bitching up a storm behind the scenes)
- Impact on reciprocal agreements / how will other countries respond?
- It will definitely be challenged in court - how have trumps court cases again sanctuary policies faired so far?

Not to mention a shipping clusterfuck

I didn't think about that.

Airports in the major "sanctuary" cities handle approximately 250,000-300,000 international arrivals per day. That's a lot of people to push to non "sanctuary" cities. Can Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Charlotte, etc. each handle approximately 50,000 more international passengers per day?

Or when the complaints become a deluge, would trump TACO and tell marky mark wayne to cut it out?

Loyal Trump voters think the president is doing great, but should be aware of how this looks.

We are going backward on inflation, despite the stock market, and while Democrats are crazy, the conflict-of-interest stuff is going to stick, especially if they come away from November with oversight powers.

I don’t think they’ll do it in the sanctuary city regard, but it could come down to funding. Donks still blocking CBP/ICE funding, so DHS runs out of $$ pay the agents to work the international airports = international airports can’t process passengers & cargo, or at least not at the summertime volume.

I believe that DHS has more funding then they've ever had. If they do this it will be because of MAQA priorities/vindictiveness/attempts to score political points not lack of funding.
