Yep the split second one of their illegal toes crosses the border.
Every argument you can try and come up with, all the spin and deflection, is already off the table, they are instacriminal just add agua.

Under expedited removal, there is no appearance. You're deported. In many cases, the same day.kalm wrote: ↑Thu Jun 12, 2025 10:18 amAgain…if you are accused of being undocumented you still have a right to due process so yes, you are compelled or forced to appear. If proven you will be deported. Not everyone being detained and/or deported are undocumented. There’s a process for this which is being ignored because Miller said 3,000/day and why aren’t you at Home Depot.
Has SCOTUS ruled that expedited removal is legal for immigrants not caught at the actual border?Baldy wrote:Under expedited removal, there is no appearance. You're deported. They already have. Trump implemented the same policy that he did in his first administration and the court ruled back in 2020 that individuals in expedited removal proceedings have extremely limited avenues to challenge deportation decisions.
Nice work ICE Barbie or Secretary Gnome.
A guy tried to shove his way past the Secretary’s security detail while loudly shouting over her. If you don’t want to FO, then don’t FA.
No, lol. Ironically he was the council president who refused to meet with me that precipitated our class action lawsuit over outside city water rates. Typical hypocritical politician.

Governor Tim Walz’s sickening rhetoric calling Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents “Trump’s modern-day Gestapo,” the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is setting the facts straight on the bravery of our ICE enforcement agents. Every day they risk their lives to arrest vicious criminal illegal aliens let into our country by the previous administration.
From a 'day of love' to 'if they spit, we will hit': Trump's about-face on violence against police
”By the way, Trump, he’s not opposed to lawlessness and violence, as long as it serves him. What more evidence do we need than Jan. 6?” Newsom said.
Harry Dunn, a former U.S. Capitol Police officer who was serving in the Capitol during the attack, told NBC News that he sees Trump’s actions then and now as hypocritical.
“Donald Trump is OK with violence, as long as it’s done in his name. That’s the message that he’s sending right now,” Dunn said. “That’s why he pardoned the people on Jan. 6: They did it in his name … what about the officers on Jan. 6? Just put an asterisk by those officers and say, ‘Not them. They stopped Donald Trump from succeeding.’”
…
During the riot at the Capitol, no National Guard help arrived for hours, despite pleas from those inside the building. Then-acting Defense Secretary Christopher Miller testified before a House panel that Trump never gave a formal deployment order, and other testimony described then-Vice President Mike Pence taking the lead in attempting to get the National Guard out to help control the mob.
Meanwhile, rioters violently broke through barriers, smashed windows, brutalized officers and chanted threats to Pence. In all, at least 140 police officers were injured.
Trump later called it “a day of love” and has referred to the rioters as “hostages,” “warriors” and “victims.”
“What they’ve done to some people that are so innocent, you ought to be ashamed of yourself,” Trump told President Joe Biden at last year’s first presidential debate, referring to the rioters. “What you have done, how you’ve destroyed the lives of so many people.
Michael Fanone, a former D.C. police officer who was attacked by Rodriguez on Jan. 6, took issue with Trump’s posture in California. Fanone called the president “a hypocrite,” and “a liar.”
“Had those people storming the Capitol been illegal f--- immigrants or Black people or any other group that … his base found to be displeasing, then they would have said ‘open fire,’” Fanone said in an interview.

I said none of that. Walz is a politician. Politicians tend to be deeply flawed and controversial in their opinions. You don’t like him. I get that. But to compare him to Trump is laughable. It normalizes Trump and his advisors. Referring to ICE and the tactics as simply “government workers” is also normalizing.

Don’t like being referred to as Gestapo, don’t act all Gestapo.
IMO, January 6 was worse than the Capitol bombing or a riot over-running a police precinct because of why they were there - to disrupt the voter approved Constitutional transfer of power from trump to biden. That makes January 6 much closer to an insurrection than the ICE riots in LA, the BLM riots around the country, the Capitol bombing, etc.
BJ forgot to include the word "temporarily" as in the appeals court temporarily paused a lower court ruling that blocked the mobilization. They're still considering the case.
