If this DOPE would have opened his eyes, he would have realized that there were only 3 western teams, and all 3 of them had to play each other in the first and second rounds. Thanks FCS.

Re: Thank goodness for the FCS

After watching 2 of the best teams go out in the first and second round of this years tournament because of where they were seeded, west vs west in the first 2 rounds. I am no longer convinced that what the FCS is doing is any better.

College sports are spiraling downhill pretty fast.

Re: #4 Montana vs #1 James Madison

Its nice how they set it up so that EAST will most likely play EAST in the Championship game. And how all the western teams will play in the first 2 rounds. No wonder 2 western teams never make it to the semi's, because they have to play each other in the second round. And this is better than the BC...

Re: BREAKING: FCS Teams West of the Mississippi...

Its funny how nobody gives Weber a chance. Just about everybody said Weber was no match for Cal Poly, and now just about everyone thinks Montana is going to roll over Weber despite Weber winning the first game 45 to 28. I bet if Weber beats Montana, everyone will still say Weber will lose to JMU or ...

Re: Walter Payton Award, a Big Joke?

Whatever JMU's QB's stats are it doesnt matter, they are not as good as Higgins's numbers.

How can you say the CAA is tougher than the Big Sky?

How many Big Sky teams did the CAA beat this year?

Re: First Rd Attendance numbers

Weber state was NOT undefeated in big sky play . remember that. And yes its sad the div 1aa gets no respect from the gen. public/media. eastern washington is mostly known on the eastern side of wash. Most west washington high school students dont know it exists. Im from LA, and when i got recruited...

Re: BREAKING: FCS Teams West of the Mississippi...

The reason I believe Weber can win, is Because JMU's QB is a runner. Cal Poly's QB was a runner, and he was forced to throw the ball, and he threw 4 picks. JMU will have to throw the ball to beat Weber State, if of course Weber gets past UM. I think JMU would have a easier time beating Montana, then...

Good, a team that has both is very dangerous. (Weber State)

I believe whoever wins between Weber State and Montana will beat JMU, and play App St in the National Title.

Re: NAU's Deonte Williams named BSC Newcomer of the Year

The only problem is NAU needs a QB, cause what happens when someone shuts WIlliams down? They will be forced to throw the ball, and NAU's current QB is more of a runner, two perfect examples: 1. NAU 14 - Weber State 42 - Weber State scored at will vs NAU's defense, they shut down Williams, and force...

Re: Walter Payton Award, a Big Joke?

James Madison QB has 18 tds THIS YEAR,
Cameron Higgins has 36 tds THIS YEAR.

Yeah having a running Quarterback is great and all, but I would take a passing Quarterback over a running quarterback anyday.

Running Qb's have not been sucessful in the NFL.

Screw the FBS, let them continue to do thier corrupted bowl system, while the real division (FCS) continues to do it right.

Re: Does JMU or Nova.....

I believe James Madison and Villanova better not get too comfortable, thinking playing a Big Sky team will be easy, cause it wont be, they would be going up against 1 of the 2 bests teams in the country. Hopefully it will be WEBER STATE.

No disrespect towards you Mvemjsunpx, but Montana hasnt played anyone since the Weber game who has an offense that even comes close to that of Weber's. Reynolds is a very good running back, but I believe Weber can shut him down and force UM to throw the ball, an area which UM hasnt been performing ...

Re: A Few Questions For Weber State Fans...

Alright people there are a few things that both weber state and montana fans are right and wrong on some parts i believe. In reference to the turnovers lost the game. I will have to disagree. Weber State started slow and then their offense picked up and montanas defense could not stop them. The sta...

Re: A Few Questions For Weber State Fans...

And Mvemjsunpx, Turnovers=DEFENSE Weber's Defence forced those TO's Turnovers are part of the game, Thats why Weber lost to EWU, But to assume that Montana would have won the first time if they wouldnt have turned the ball over is false, because Montana's defense couldnt stop Weber's offense, Trevyn...

Re: A Few Questions For Weber State Fans...

I admit, I believed Weber would go in their and walk all over EWU, but Weber, I believe came out overconfident, and it does help not to turn the ball over 4 times. But turnovers are part of the game. Before each turnover, Weber State was easily moving the ball down the field on the Eagles, and Weber...

Weber needs a little support from its own state, not even Utah's own media will talk about them, they are more insterested in BYU and U of U, who are getting there money bowls, and Utah State who for the 12th year in a row won less than 4 games. how exciting, Weber State is Making history, and nobdy...

I wouldnt consider Weber beating Montana an upset, they have already done that this year, and I wouldnt consider being at home an advantage for the Griz, who will be playing their 9th home of the year this weekend, because Weber has dominated on the road this season, outscoring thier FCS opponents 2...
