Re: GOP Hispanic Strategists Stunned By Sotomayor Attacks

Oh, so alienating a family member is "tough love". I'm all for it then. Don't expect any respect from me then. Since it's not suitable to the "fantasy dream life" that parents unreasonably want from their children. Parents DO NOT have the right to live their life through their c...

Re: AGS Preseason Poll

I see no problem with it being here. Maybe Travis is stirring the pot but I don't go over there too much and I do like most of the posters over there so since this is there work/opinions I'm glad to see it. I agree that preseason polls don't mean diddly but it is something to drive discussion which...

You seem to be the only one who doesn't get it, so perhaps you need to rethink who the db is. AAhhhh.. you run out of that lovely springtime douche water to drink? Grizza, you need to let this go. 89 has already admitted to being a douche and the reality is that we're all douches to some ...

Whoa Ursus are you the same guy that said: I know you Montana fans can be sensitive about this topic but I was being pragmatic not critical of the Griz. I agree with AZ and BH86 on the economics. If the Griz have a contract to play Team A at Team A's stadium with a cancellation clause calling for t...

I would recommend getting the first game at the Tub or having an extremely expense buy-out clause just in case. 8-) Making a lot of sense there UNI88. It happened to two teams during our deficit and if that's how you want to look at it then so be it. BTW did you realize that UNI did that to us back...

   I think we need a Montana-Delaware home and home series grudge match. We haven't had recent success with other "power" conferences honoring home and homes. Perhaps if mountain honor is higher than southern honor we'd consider it. I would recommend getting the first game ...

I expect Weber to be top 10. NAU top 25? hmm... Cal Poly #15? Isn't that too high? Why is Richmond #1? Any Spiders on here? Did no players graduate from 2008? Not a lot of love for the Valley outside of UNI & SIU. The rest of the conference is getting the Big Sky treatment (lack of respect) in this poll. I don't get it though. I have them at #10. They were a solid squad last year in one of the top 3 leagues and haven't lost much. I think because UNI ...

Pops and Moms both are Republicans. We argue about politics all the time. I gave my dad the new Ron Paul book and he's yet to read it. It's funny, when I was a senior in HS one of my teachers told me when I went to college I'd become a liberal. Oddly enough, I'm farther right than parents (being a ...

Re: White Sox, Padres Agree To Peavy Trade??

I'm not suprised that Peavy vetoed the trade. The White Sox were the only team that aggressively pursued him, but other teams may become interested as time goes by. From what I've heard on ESPN, Peavy likes to hit and would prefer to stay in the NL. Also, as AZ said above, I'd rather play for a los...

People who get involved in working on campaigns know (or should know) what they're getting into. I would imagine that you don't work at that pace 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year, year after year. Campaigns would seem to follow a pattern where things are hectic when first getting started, slightly mo...
