Re: 2020 General Election

The question was if he was a political grifter. Has he been? No. The question was “who in politics?”. :coffee: I’ll bet he spends more on golf cart rentals than all the presidents before him combined. He allegedly leveraged China negotiations for Ivanka trademarks. The editor of Forbes released a b...

Re: 2020 General Election

The question was if he was a political grifter. Has he been? Yes. One example - He makes a big deal out of not taking a salary but the cost of the Justice Department defending him in a defamation lawsuit is probably greater than the presidential salary. So Trump tricked the DOJ into defending him. ...

Voting for Trump is saying you dislike law and order and you only want to "own" the opposition. Fuck all you all that think he is in any way good for this country.

You've finally come out of hiding to post that?

Trump.

In your face!!

And so far, Dan Crenshaw.
True. Trump has been a grifter since long before he got into politics.
The question was if he was a political grifter. Has he been?

Re: 2020 General Election

The Lincoln Project is a bunch of grifters that are are doing a great job of milking gullible Dems for money that they pay to consulting firms they own to make ads against Trump. Edit: I see Baldy beat me to it. That they are. Who isn’t a grifter in politics? Trump. In your face!! And s...

Re: Why I'm holding my nose and voting for Trump...

False premise to your question. There is no obvious effort like that by the Democrats. But there is an obvious effort by Republicans to suppress voting. Like the Secretary of State of Texas trying to stop drive up voting in Harris County even though the people who do that have to go through all of ...

Thanks. Actually, I then went the ROTC route and unfortunately was diagnosed with a field of vision loss due to a detached retina. I don't disagree that the messaging has been inconsistent and pretty poor. But that's from EVERYONE. Who has been consistent? Not Fauci, not WHO, not Cuomo... Give me a few examples of what you think Clinton or Biden would have done better. Of course anything you or I say about what somebody else w...

Re: 2020 General Election

As has been reported many times, Russia is a much bigger problem in this area than China or Iran are. All I'm talking about here is what worries me. And I do not think China and Iran are anywhere near as involved in trying to influence this election as Russia is. I also think the FBI would agree wi...

Health officials lost their credibility when they/some called for shutdowns but openly supported/praised the blm protests/riots. Maybe apply a consistent message on large gatherings next time. Just a thought. Refresh my memory. I don't recall the CDC or any state/local health officials supporting/p...

I'm confused as to why Joe continued to stand behind statements that have been refuted and easily defeated. Like the fracking flip flopping. And saying no one lost their health insurance. Re: Why I'm holding my nose and voting for Trump...

That's your only possible retort. Biden is NOT a uniter. You'd have a hard time coming up with one that is. I’m not saying he’s a a rockstar uniter. He’s simply way better than Trump who intentionally sews division to a point where even the Leadbolts of the world call him asinine and more sober Rep...

Not to come across as harsh, but this is horse shit. Even if Trump kissed ass until the cows came home, the Left would still hate him and be offended over everything.

Trump does best to just ignore the peanut gallery.
His base is literally the peanut gallery.

That's not what you said. You’re right. It really isn’t about Biden’s ability to unite and intellectual curiosity. He’s a politician and shouldn’t be trusted. But in all seriousness, and I think it was Mattis who mentioned it, Trump is the first President in our lifetimes who displays no interest i...

Re: Why I'm holding my nose and voting for Trump...

I would add that you DO have to look at the character of the person. If someone is known to have no integrity, for instance, then you know won't be able to trust them. If I can't trust my leader, I can'e vote for them. The policies are important, but the personality is equally important. If their p...

I'll go with Hunter simply because I am bitter he got a commission in the military and then pissed it away one month later. I tried for years under Clinton to get my commission in the Army Reserves and there just weren't any slots. That sounds like a fair way to judge...on bitterness! A close...
