Nobody likes a meatgazer Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Made me chuckle, thinking back to the unannounced unit piss tests in the Marine Corps. We'd have a formation, the Master Guns would read off the instructions, and he'd assign roles, including "meatgazer". That's the exact word th...

Re: Crypto v. Pandemic v. GameStop v. Capitalism

I would define it as those who live off their investments as opposed to those who are hoping to do so in the future. Don’t we ALL inevitably live off of our investments? Whether that’s our forced investment in social security, or a 401k, or IRA or annuity of some sort? And almost ALL those investme...

Airport, last week, it was pretty quiet. Walked straight through security for the first time in about 40 years, plane was maybe a third full. it was great :thumb: Well, that’s because you live in a lockdown state . I just flew to Phoenix Sky Harbor from San Antonio and both planes and both airports...

Just because no one asked, here are my thoughts. 1- The toxicity in his blood could have led me to have reasonable doubt. But I know drug addicts have extremely high tolerances built up. 2- He was alive when he was put on the ground, regardless of how he got there. And dead when Chauvin got off him...

That's going to end well. I feel bad for the cops in Minneapolis. They've got mortgages to pay and kids to feed so many can't afford to walk out the door before what is coming. Housing and property values are already reflecting the new reality that is the Twin Cities with less of a Police presence....
