VSU chased them out of D-II and the Gulf South Conference.

It was a good win out of the gates for GSU. I just watched the coach's show, and it was strange to see Hatcher wearing blue and referencing somebody else as "we".

SSU needs to go back to D-II and the SIAC. They were a good fit there.

Depends on which school I'm rating. UGA gets dang good coverage.

VSU gets some coverage online, but it should get more.

GMC gets almost nothing.

Being a VSU grad, I am a Hatcher fan. He came back to VSU and immediately turned around a program facing much of the same challenges as GSU. I think he will get it done and get it done quickly. I'm thinking 8-3, but a plus or minus one wouldn't shock me.

The FCS playoff system is much better than that of D-II. D-II has a 24 team field, but is done on a regional basis. Last season, a top 10 team in the country didn't make the 24 team playoff due to the regional format. Each reason has six spots. Regional rankings start about 3/4 way through the seaso...

Other than Notre Dame, which has already turned them down, there just really isn't a team that seems automatic. Why would a Big 12 or a Big East team want to go to the Big 10 and thus get a harder road to the BCS? I know money is often the deciding factor, but would the revenue bought in by the move...
