Re: Coronavirus COVID-19

I don't get involved in the political discussions too much, but these graphs are formatted to skew what you see based on the y-axis. New York is going by 250 per section vs 100 for Florida and Texas. First glance looks like the winter surge was worse in Florida, but based on numbers it was maybe wo...

Similar comparison involving New York and Florida. New York got hit early when nobody understood what was going on. So they went way up in the death rate. But New York has improved its situation. Florida has not. https://i.ibb.co/JkC4cg9/Screen-Shot-2021-09-27-at-7-49-53-PM.png https://i.ibb.co/sJM...

A little anecdotal evidence of people sitting on unemployment - we had to lay off some people before the PPP loans were a thing in early 2020, and once we applied for the PPP loan we contacted everyone we decided to lay off (about 7 people - we're a small company) and only two of them came back, an...

Cops know this: about 75% of the time, if someone is driving with expired tags, expired temp tags, a headlight or taillight out, etc., they've got a bench warrant out for something. Especially in certain areas. Question: is it or is it not illegal to drive with expired tags? Question #2: How does o...

The guy had a legitimate beef. I'd be pissed too. True, but there are better ways of handling it. I'm not defending the airlines by any stretch since they routinely overbook and sell the same seats twice, but he could have not made it personal against the folks on the plane that had nothing to do w...

As much as I dislike UND as a fan, this has got to be one of the worst things they could have done. Women's hockey went from 35 to 34 teams, and it's a hockey school cutting hockey. Black-eye for the Fighting Hawks. So Gil, you think they should keep spending $2M per year with no return to suck res...

It's too bad NAU had some issues early in the year. They were a very good squad and would give someone fits in the playoffs if they would have made it. I also like Weber - stronger than most give them credit for. Too bad they had the loss at USD, as they would definitely be in with a win this weeken...

We can either live together or die apart. Simple as that. The real enemy is happy as fuck that we are killing each other.
