It used to be the Southern Conference was the most Hated, then the CAA, and now the Big Sky. In a few years it may be another conference who gets hated on.

There are definetly some better teams left out than made it in, more so this year than most

The CAA does not have to go looking for replacements until they get below 8 programs. Right now they are above that common threshold and replacements are not a big concern at this point, especially for football, as newbies ODU and GSU will not be missed that much.
