Re: NEC Pick'em Week 4
To add to Danefan's point about Andrew Smith # 10. He is a big physical back (225-230lbs) that is VERY fast. You should remember him from last year as he went 90 yrds from LOS against Duquesne if I am not mistaken. He put up almost 150 yards against Georgia Southern last year. In my opinion he could...

Re: Central Connecticut Picked First in NEC Preseason Poll
There are two Andrew Smiths. The other is a GREAT recruit. He is a DT that was scheduled to go to Hofstra on a full ride. He will play THIS YEAR. Could be a starter. He has good size at 255lbs as a true frosh.

Re: Central Connecticut Picked First in NEC Preseason Poll
If UA's O line can be better then last year , they will be tough to beat. They have a legit FCS maybe a low level FBS rb in Dillon Romain and # 10(can't remember his name but Georgia Southern can) in his second year has the potential to be the best back/slash/qb Albany has ever had. Combine him with...

Re: Central Connecticut Picked First in NEC Preseason Poll
FWIW and nothing against Albany, RMU, CCSU or the NEC teams but the NEC as whole didn't impress me much last year and I am a fan of the NEC... sorry, but thats what I thought. Yes, Albany and CCSU and even Duquesne if my memory serves me correctly beat some non league opposition but that opposition ...

Re: UALBANY Proposed Stadium Flyover-Shovel Ready?
Welcome to Ford Field. They should put a bronze statue of the "bipper" out front. About FREAKIN TIME! I was losing patience. Hello CAA North!

Rutgers transfer to play @ Albany
Rob Cervini, who had to sit out last year after transferring from Rutgers, worked at free safety and as a holder on the field goal/PAT special teams unit.
