Re: Montana vs. the CAA
How did you mountain boys guess I was a Nova fan? But, my statement still stands. The CAA is 3-0 against Montana in the NC game.

Re: Montana vs. the CAA
Your team is 1-0 and by the skin of their teeth but that doesn't mitigate the loss. You guys will be talking about the long lost glory days in football while we are still enjoying them. Hell we've been enjoying some very good days before you guys were anything more than a Towson State. I did like H...

Matt Szczur
Saw this posted on the VU alumni association Facebook feed. Congratulations to Matt Szczur for being nominated for the 2010 Rare Disease Champion! Szczur was a bone marrow match to a 13-month girl and was willing to miss the 2009 championship to help save a life. Fortunately, the 13-month girl began...

What does Villanova have to do with it? Villanova wasn't on that list.93henfan wrote:Maybe he doesn't like Villanova?jlcharles wrote:
With KC's track record on quarterbacks, I don't understand why a QB recruited by all of those schools would choose UD. (I have no idea if he was offered from any of them, but still.)

Re: More FCS Players Get Combine Invites
Why? Hes a good FCS player, but your as dumb as you are because you think the guy is good enough to be in the NFL. He would just be taking a spot from someone that deserves it and had a shot of making a roster. Shut your cack holster you gay little bitch, you wouldnt know talent. Case in point, tha...

Re: Villanova
There's a guy who's been at the last two UPenn games that probably couldn't pick a football out of a lineup. Dressed in dress pants, a button down long sleeved shirt, and a sweater vest, in September. It was not cold out, in fact, if I recall correctly, it was pretty hot this year. He was constantly...

Re: 2009 FCS Attendance
The whole Villanova's attendance sucks thing is getting old. We know it does. There's nothing I or any of the other football fans can do about it. Yet, you beat a team (MT) in the NC game, pretty handily. I wonder about this whole attendance argument vs. quality of a team. It may be that with the V...

Re: 2009 FCS Attendance
The above was not correct. Temple was an away game for NOVA. The final word on the NOVA numbers; The NCAA show total attendance of 56,888 for 9 home games. NOVA played 5 regular season home games, 3 playoff games at home and were the home team in Chatty (and why the NCAA noted that attendance on th...

Moss was infinitely better, Dougherty dropped off a bit from Moss' level, but Coulson was terrible. I stopped reading the articles for the most part.

Re: Rank the CAA QB's
First of all, I never said he had more passing yards, I said he had more total yards, but I was wrong and said as much. And I'm going to back pedal and say he is the better passer. While he doesn't need to throw the ball 31 times a game like Devlin, he had more TDs and less INTs per attempt, while ...

My dad scored tickets to the Pitt game at the Spectrum last year. I wish those assholes weren't going to tear it down. It has much better atmosphere than the Wachovia Center. Yeah, you really can't move in the concourse, but I've never heard the center as loud as the Spectrum was that night.

Re: Rank the CAA QB's
\ Villanova was also 4th in the nation in Rushing Offense at 240+ yards per game. Delaware was 90th averaging 111 yards per game. To say that Devlin was the main focus of opposing defenses would be an understatement. Whitney didn't face that issue. (both very effective QB's BTW) shhhh - those kind ...

Since the loss to Temple, Nova has run off 9 straight wins and should move up to #3 with Texas losing to UConn. Could we get 3 national championships in one calendar year? I don't think so, but nothing is impossible.

I enjoyed myself in Chatty. I thought they did a great job with the game and the pregame festivities in the Pavilion. And that stadium is gorgeous.
