Re: The Official "Making America Great Again" Thread

Any guesses as to how the woman in the video at this link voted for in 2016 or how she will vote in 2020? https://www.wisn.com/article/coronavirus-school-board-members-targets-of-name-calling-in-back-to-school-talks/33599218# I’m still getting used to how many idiots there are. And they walk amongs...

Re: The Official "Making America Great Again" Thread

We should get rid of the Presidency. A singular person with that much power, Constitutional or not, is a ridiculous concept. It's more ridiculous when the position is voted through an electoral college system. I'm fine with having a Chief Executive of the Executive Branch. What I have a problem is ...

Re: 2021 and beyond

It's a reasonably close call but he's in good shape physically. I think that, even though he's a little older than Trump, if you had to bet on which one croaks first you would have to bet on Trump. Trump is a blob. He's not in good condition at all. Biden makes an effort to stay in shape by running,...

Re: It's Kamala Harris

I've already seen people like Al Sharpton, James Clyburn, and Joy Reid raving about the pick. People who think this isn't going to juice Black turnout and Black turnout that is in favor of Democrats are probably kidding themselves. If the election were held tomorrow and this COVID-19 thing wasn't go...

Hope she enjoys the Sarah Palin treatment.
Not going to happen with her. She's MUCH sharper. Nobody's going to be able to cast her as uninformed.

You still don't seam to understand that mask do not need to be worn all the time. I can see why you are so much against mask if that's what you think. That's not how it works, so simma down. Good god. Theyv’e bought into the fear porn.
And you've bought into the irrational denial complex. My wife's 91 year old mother who has heart issues lives with her. She is the care giver. She absolutely cannot afford to become infected. And she also wants to be able to see her grand children.

The times we live in. Today my 4 year old grand daughter has sore throat and fever. Her Dad brought her to an urgent care place. I'm checking texts. My daughter texts, "IT'S STREP Thank god!!!" My son texts "Where on earth did she get that? That's good though!" My wife texts "Thank you FATHER!!"

Re: Are You Wearing a Mask Updated?

I wear it if I'm doing something like going into a store to shop. I don't wear it in my own house. I don't wear it when I'm running. I don't wear it when I'm out in my kayak fishing. I just wear it when I am going to be relatively close to people who are not in my immediate circle.

Re: Coronavirus COVID-19

Maybe a combination of more testing, more testing, and more testing? Because most of those states experiencing “spikes” in cases haven’t seen a corresponding spike in deaths.... App did a good job with the answer and clearly both you and Seagriz have still not read the article. Here’s a hint: “brin...

Re: RBG has Cancer...Again

I also hope the cliche holds true. I'll make sure my corpse commits voter fraud to get to the ballot box. I hope that doesn't mean you plan to die before election day. I live in a State where my vote doesn't matter and the Republican Controlled legislature made sure I can't vote by mail. I may not ...

Re: Coronavirus COVID-19

I go to Wal Mart when it first opens. Around here that's 7 am. Hardly anybody in there. Lots of space. Get in and get out before the crowds come. I haven’t set foot in a Walmart in 3 or 4 years. Why? It’s the same reason I wear a mask and socially distance. I love America. Amazon is next. I can ord...

Re: Coronavirus COVID-19

My sister just dragged me to Walmart and 20% of people weren't wearing masks, and I can't blame the workers getting paid sh*t for not challenging customers. It was packed too. Anyways, I noped outta there quick and told her I'll gladly wait in the car. Losing hope with this country. I go to Wal Mar...

Re: RBG has Cancer...Again

BTW, I am HOPING that it'll work out per the cliche "They will crawl over broken glass to vote" with respect to the groups that tend to vote Democrat. I am hoping it turns out like Wisconsin where Republicans refused to extend the absentee ballot deadline for COVID-19 in hopes of cutting turnout and...

Re: RBG has Cancer...Again

I"m optimistic about that not happening. Not highly confident, but optimistic. You may recall that, on election eve 2016, I posted based on what I was seeing in polling information that Clinton winning was not a done deal at all. If the election were being held under ordinary circumstances I would ...

Re: Coronavirus COVID-19

Today's broadcast of Chris Wallace interviewing Trump had Trump claiming the United States has the lowest fatality rate. Wallace said no it doesn't. Trump called for his staff to give him something saying he was right. Someone gave him a piece of paper and he said it showed him correct. No way. If y...

Re: Coronavirus COVID-19

It's not the riots or protests or whatever you want to call them. It's not even the Republican Governors refusing to deal with reality. It's Trump screwing up in the very beginning by thinking he could use an approach previously known to be ineffective (the travel restriction) instead of gearing up ...

Yes. Agnostics can pray just in case. "God, if you exist, please rid this land of the curse of Trump. And while you're at it, drive the Republican Party into oblivion so we can hopefully come up with an alternative to the Democrats that has some integrity." But Yahweh sees the hypocrisy of voting f...
