Re: Summit and MVFC
Only 3 conferences have less than 8 teams - Big South at 7, GWC at 5, and the Patriot at 7. The Valley will not go to 7. If that happens the league would disband and teams will join the Big Sky, CAA, Ohio Valley, etc... as affiliates. OR the more likely try to bring back Eastern Illinois, and some ...

Re: Big East Football discusses Nova Option
IF both the big east and nova have plans on such a move the big east would more than likely add a couple incentives to make it work for both sides

Re: 5 Markets That NEED FCS Football
The saint louis area is an excellent spot to have a FCS program. We have Washington University in St Louis in the D III ranks, and we have Lindenwood University in the NAIA who have really become a power on that level and who has been approved to enter D II and most likely the MIAA and they're locat...

Could SLU field a team?
Being and living in St. Louis, this has been a question that ive thought about for a few years now. Advantages, SLU is in a great location in STL, they have been expanding their campus and are competitive in other sports., and already has a solid recuriting base in town. Minuses have never fielded a...

I agree, i just hope that the northern teams are just able to hang in there and dont decide to make any drastic moves. i believe the league will once again balance itself out

Re: We have a new FCS team today. (UNC-Charlotte)
if charlotte does go to the CAA I think once Ga. St. and charlotte go FBS; the south will be the division short of teams if the teams in the north hold serve

Re: Big Ten to make an annoucement on expansion 4PM EST
This has the potentioal of a nationwide shakeup on all levels. With top confrences taking from a middle to lower tier confrence opening the door for some FCS schools to make th jump. Then if that happens, look for a couple DII schools to get intrest from FCS confrences. Stayed tuned

Re: Youngstown State Head Coaching Candidates
Mount Union coach should get a real close look. He has made that the top D3 schools and I think he would do a great job with even more resources than what he is working with now

Re: FCS Playoffs: Eastern Illinois at Southern Illinois
Not too surprised that they got the ohio valley champion...but the #3 seed? nothing against Montana, undefeated, they earned the top seed. Nothing against Nov, but I thought the #1 team in the country would get the 2...but it's fine.If they take care of business they will have their chance to prove ...

Re: Should NDSU move to the MAC?
I can see a lot of you have no idea what Im talking about. Some of you have no idea what you are talking about. Im not inventing the steam engine here. Im talking about a college athletic program growing into its own market. I have been reading about the MEAC and the announcement by the league they...

Re: Strongest and Weakest in FCS
CAA is a very talented and deep league, but I also like the MVFC; they are really starting to show the depth in that league,
SWAC and MEAC I would agree with those as worst. Mainly because there arent too many stable teams in either league

Re: Should NDSU move to the MAC?
NDSU in the MAC is really no different than NDSU in the MVFC. In addition we bring proximity to the Big 10 and existing relationships with the Big 10. We would also project the MAC presence west and have established a connection with the Big 12. NDSU would bring the MAC media presence all the way t...

Any free webcast?
Was just curious if anyone knows any schools that offer free webcast? I know SEMO offers them for their home contests via kfvs12.com. It's getting late in the season and there are alot of meaningful games left to be played; so if anyone knows any pass along!

and that game is the reason why I think it can be done...Doug Williams' already has had talks with a couple conf about being in next yrs edition from what Ive heard. I hope next yrs version is better, looks a little generic, but it's something different

Re: Should EA put FCS schools back on NCAA football
And that would really ruin the concept and feel for the game. someone needs to look into that. Or even a joint FCS D2 game where D2 teams could get invites to FCS conf. Now that might be asking for too much; but it'll stillbe nice

Re: Any FCS schools need to move down or D2 move up
I agree. SDSU has fit in and become competitive than NDSU and I also see NW with that same type of impact. I'd like to see them schuedule a SEMO, SIU, MO ST, some regional FCS school so everyone can see how talented they really are I'm honestly not sure how many would actually schedule them. I don'...

Re: Should EA put FCS schools back on NCAA football
That's true, there's not another company making college football games so they are leaving alot out that they used to put in. And there has to be some loopholes somewhere, dont know if there's enough for anyone right now to try it. But the dynamic in FCS football is different than FBS they can make ...

That would be great although I dont see EA doing it. 2K sports should think about doing it. And I like the chances of it happening more now since Doug Williams' release of Black College Football. Hopefully it'll happen soon because it'll be a must have for me

Re: Any FCS schools need to move down or D2 move up
I can see them going to the Sun Belt. By their scheduling the last couple of years, it seems like they are preparing themselves for the move more than just cashing in on the payday. and if they Move to the Sun Belt, it'll add a little intruige. But CUSA is starting to have a feel of the old southwes...

Should EA put FCS schools back on NCAA football
I love NCAA football, but my favorite part was putting in FCS schools and watch them grow in dynasty mode. WIth the build a team mode you can put them back in the game, but does anyone feel like the game was better when they were already on there?
