NCAA just passed. Huge. Will really help I-AA teams depth wise. Question is it retroactive for returning players?

Houston: Made JMU Football Great Again.
28-2, 27-1 vs IAA, 17-0 at Bridgeforth, 17-0 vs the CAA.
1st Yankee/A-10/CAA team ever to go undefeated in league play in back to back seasons.

Knowing the corruptness of the NCAA, either no, or it will depend on the institution: P5 yes, non-P5 no....

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.
