It's the B1G0 Horny, that way you get the 1 and the 0 from 10 both in the name.

Given the scandals at Michigan St. and Ohio St., which are far more egregious than the Sandusky scandal, I have to wonder where Jim Delany and Mark Emmert are. They seem to be in hiding.

I think Joe Paterno's legacy was railroaded and I think Urban Meyer is being railroaded as well.
Well, I believe that I must tell the truth
And say things as they really are
But if I told the truth and nothing but the truth
Could I ever be a star?

Is one sexual crime more egregious than the next?

What is more egregious is the tolerance of sexual crimes over a period of many years, ignoring athletes, who reported the crimes, threatening athletes who reported the crimes, and a very large number of victims.

I ask again, where are Jim Delany and Mark Emmert?

I'll admit, this one puzzles me much more than other cases. I don't doubt that Urban Meyer, at a minimum, should have been truthful at the Big 1G media day when he said he didn't know anything about the 2015 incident. But that's just about not lying at a press conference.

When it comes to the issues with the assistant coach and whether he was domestically abusing his then wife, that's where I think we get into a grey area about what Urban Meyer should've done and what is the responsibility of a boss regarding the actions of an employee that happens in their private lives. I don't know if this assistant coach was ever charged with a crime and convicted of it (he was arrested, apparently, twice, but arrests do not equal being guilty). I know people are saying that background checks at OSU when he was hired should've caught this, but again, he was only arrested, not charged or more importantly convicted of anything. At the places I've worked at before, even if the background check caught an arrest you couldn't use that as a determinant in hiring absent a corresponding conviction.

I know it gets more spotlight because it's college sports and certainly in this day and age and climate this stuff resonates more. I still don't know that I necessarily hold the boss accountable for what happens in the private life of an employee away from the workplace and the job itself, especially when there's no certainty of what is or isn't going on. Comparing this to the scandals at Michigan St, or the OSU wrestling, or even Sandusky, is disingenuous. In those cases you had people committing crimes on campus, people either knew about it for sure or even witnessed it, and the powers that be (head coach and above) either ignored it or, even worse, covered it up. This isn't anywhere in the same vicinity.
