Who could doubt the word of an officer and gentleman that recognized the political genius of Sarah Palin long before the rest of us? :coffee:
See? If THAT’S not evidence enough I don’t know what is.

And in fact, her and McCain are the last mainstream candidates I voted for.

Russian election meddling worked - enough that AZ thought ANTIFA was rioting all over America...

The continual social media bombardment from Russian funded sources of radical black activists
Creating the appearance of a Nation in chaotic turmoil was successful
it mobilized states like Pennsylvania and Ohio without question..!!!

and it's still largely misunderstood by Conservatives
as shown here
So ANTIFA is a product of the Russians?

That might be the dumbest thing you've ever posted...
And you posted some doozies

ANTIFA is real and nobody disputes that and so is BLM
But neither organization spent a dollar advertising on social media in Ohio and Pennsylvania
Yet somehow those states were absolutely plastered with BLM and ANTIFA rhetoric

If you can't see that having an awakening (even terrifying) effect on regular folks you're willfully stupid
and it already worked on you as it had you believing a falsehood
and even good ol balanced keel CID was aroused by the misinformation campaign

It worked... That much is patently obvious

I was aroused by BLM's genesis in the wake of Ferguson - the complete fiction driven anger of it

After that, I have obliquely commented on BLM - but I have never considered them some kind of existential threat to anything other than themselves and Democratic congressional hopes. Just as I don't consider white nationalist groups to be more than widely dispersed rabble. These groups all eventually find their Robespierre and then they're gone

Can't really speak for Ohio, but having lived in Pennsylvania for the past 30 some odd years I can't really agree that Pennsylvania was "absolutely plastered with BLM and ANTIFA rhetoric" in the lead up to the 2016 election. It just wasn't. Heck, most of the ANTIFA stuff didn't really come to public attention until the Charlottesville rioting and that came well after the election. Democrats ignored most of PA in the 2016 election, that had a far greater impact than any "plastering" of "rhetoric" did.

Yes, I do, thank you very much. And my circle of friends are wide and varied in terms of the political spectrum, from the Women's Studies prof to the brother-in-law who's an ex-Marine and living in god's country. Nobody was talking about ANTIFA and BLM wasn't a major issue. Hillary lost PA because she didn't come here and because she was more unlikeable than Trump in the minds of the voters and she didn't appeal to the Obama voters who came out in the previous elections. If she campaigns differently it wouldn't even be a discussion.

Just taking a page from your book - you just know that all of those folks were 1) plastered with ads 2) were dumb enough not to recognize they were fake and 3) were so incensed by the ads (because they were simpletons) that they voted for Trump. Because how could they vote for him otherwise? I'm sure all the folks of Western Pennsylvania are grateful for your condescending care and consideration for their well being and that you are gifting them with your superior awesomeness. Honestly, it didn't even really take much work from Russian trolls.

The schitshow at Mizzou, the protest blocking highways, all the riots and protests in Ferguson and Baltimore over what was nothing...that was way more powerful than anything bots speaking broken English over twitter could put forward.

Look, let's just hope that the Democrats win a majority in at least one House of Congress so that we can have a real investigation into the obvious corruption associated with the Trump Administration. Yes, it'll be biased the other way. But that's better than the situation is right now. I'm a lot more concerned about having this corruption and having the Republicans run interference for it than I am about the Democrats trying to go too far. I think that there is a lot more danger in having a political party cover up as is going on now than to have a political party try to show misconduct when there is none.

Pop-ups are blocked. But the ones embedded in the pages still come through. I was talking to my wife about that. I barely see them, and never click on them. Especially the ones on the phone apps. Same goes with ones in magazines and newspapers. I just ignore them to get to what I want to see. I don't understand how companies spend so much money on them. IMO, TV advertising is the most effective and it is dying.

I laugh at the targeted ads. If I do a search for something to buy, and then buy it, I'll see an ad pop up for the thing I just bought. :dunce: :dunce: :ohno: :ohno:

Now this is interesting:

https://www.cincinnati.com/story/news/p ... 697671002/

There's discussion of a poll of Ohio and here is the question/answer distribution that is notable:

Image

48.8% of respondents said they want their vote to change the direction President Trump is leading the nation vs. 27.6% who said they support the direction President Trump is leading the nation.

No because it's reasonable to believe that if Mueller finds stuff on Trump and the Republicans are still in charge of both houses of Congress they will just spike it. It's pretty obvious that the Republican Congress is running interference for Trump right now. We need the Democrats in control of at least one House.

So can you explain how a mentally ill person (your words) like Trump has been able to hide/cover up his Russian collusion from the DOJ, FBI, CIA this long? What is taking Mueller so long? Wouldn't such evidence be so readily available that Trump would have been impeached by now?

Maybe this should be moved to the thread that is dedicated to it...you know the one jellybelly started a year and a half ago.
