Bryan Pagliano, the man who set up Clinton's email server, has been given immunity by the FBI and DOJ to cooperate with the investigation. The only two questions now are:

1. Did Hillary already give him a trunk full of cash so he feeds only the info she wants.
2. If she didn't and he spills the beans, how long before he "commits suicide" in a park in DC?

What I find interesting is that this is the guy who invoked his 5th amendment rights during his testimony to the House. Something tells me that he knows where the bodies are buried concerning her email server. I have visions of the Chinese and the Russians and the Iranians etc. going in and out of that server like clowns in a car and she couldn't do anything about it yet still continued to use it without regard to national security.

Exactly. He's guilty of something. Innocent people don't run from the police. They don't sweat the examination. They don't invoke the 5th.

Why take the fifth previously, but cooperate now? Maybe he'll just give noninfo (doesn't seem like that will be enough for immunity).

he's been given immunity to compel his testimony but I doubt he is going to give much up - but he still needs to be careful- immunity covers what he did in the past - if he lies to them he goes to jail

"For me, it was easy ... easy for me, for everybody," Marcel Lehel Lazar, who goes by the moniker "Guccifer," told Fox News from a Virginia jail where he is being held.

Guccifer’s potential role in the Clinton email investigation was first reported by Fox News last month. The hacker subsequently claimed he was able to access the server – and provided extensive details about how he did it and what he found – over the course of a half-hour jailhouse interview and a series of recorded phone calls with Fox News. Fox News could not independently confirm Lazar’s claims.

The former secretary of state’s server held nearly 2,200 emails containing information now deemed classified, and another 22 at the “Top Secret” level.

The 44-year-old Lazar said he first compromised Clinton confidant Sidney Blumenthal's AOL account, in March 2013, and used that as a stepping stone to the Clinton server.....

.....In the process of mining data from the Blumenthal account, Lazar said he came across evidence that others were on the Clinton server.

"As far as I remember, yes, there were … up to 10, like, IPs from other parts of the world,” he said.

With no formal computer training, he did most of his hacking from a small Romanian village.

Lazar said he chose to use "proxy servers in Russia," describing them as the best, providing anonymity.

Cyber experts who spoke with Fox News said the process Lazar described is plausible. ....."

The State Department says in a new court filing that it can find no emails to or from a former Hillary Clinton aide who worked for the agency and also managed Clinton's private computer server during her stint as secretary of state.

The revelation was in a filing Monday by government lawyers for the department in a response to a lawsuit by the Republican National Committee. The GOP group had sued over its public records request for all work-related emails sent to or received by Clinton's former aide, Bryan Pagliano, between 2009 and 2013, covering most of Clinton's tenure.

Pagliano was offered immunity by the Justice Department in its continuing investigation into Clinton's server and emails and whether they violated national security laws.

I didn't vote because to me it's basically uncertain. I do know that this stuff about how Colin Powell used his personal e mail account is deceptive. In recent years rules have been put in place whereby Federal employees have been told they can NOT use personal e mail accounts for official business. Such rules were, to my knowledge, not in place during Colin Powell's day. As I understand it the current Records Management Act went into effect in January, 2012. So it was in effect when, for instance, Hillary was sending and receiving e mails about the September, 2012, Benghazi incident. It wasn't in effect during Colin Powell's day.

Just quoting myself. Now I guess I'd vote she's probably going to skate. And at this point I'm hoping so because if she does over the next few weeks it's going to pul the rug out of something Trump wants to do.
