But beating Seattle is usually ugly
Give the Redskins some credit this year - they have 4 losses so far, 2 to Philly, 1 to Dallas, and 1 at KC. They've now beaten the 49'ers, but also the Raiders and Rams and Seahawks, the last two on the road. Not outside the realm of possibility for both wild card teams to come from the NFC East this year. If the Redskins don't find a way to keep Cousins they are crazy.
It sure makes for more interesting sports talk radio when they win, lose, win, lose... One week they're talking about being a SB contender, then the next they are talking like they're the Browns.
Vikings and Saints next two weeks. If they can find a way to win one of those, there is a road to 9-7.

Winning both of those games would be great - the Skins can't catch the Eagles, but putting a dent in some more teams with two losses (like Seattle was before the Skins won) would be a good thing. Like I said, they aren't a bad team, Cousins is a legit NFL QB, and they gave the Eagles two pretty good games. Wish they would've beaten the cowboys in DC but beggars cant be choosers.

The loss of Tyron Smith and Sean Lee had way more of an impact in this game.
Cry me a river. The cowboys had to deal with some injuries to key players. Thank goodness no one else in the league has had to deal with injuries.
Hey, butthurt eagles fan, it's okay to not be butthurt this year. Your team is playing well. You guys might even get your first ever Super Bowl win this year.
My point was that Smith and Lee missing was a bigger loss than Elliot. Wasn't comparing it to any other team.

That defense gets noticeably worse in his absence
Don't mention that in front of GF. He gets upset,
Settle down, snowflake, it's not like the cowboys have been relevant since their last Super Bowl in 1995 (btw, were you even born yet for that one?). Since then, just 3 playoff wins, and all of them in the Wild Card Round (so no conference championship appearance) over the past 21 years. Doesn't appear as if that trend will be changing any time soon.

An Eagles fan should know better than to talk about relevance. When was the last time they meant anything to the league?
Oh, this year? Cool, congrats on the first time that they mattered in the Super Bowl era.

Whoah whoah whoah
Yeah it's been a few (or more) years, but they made it to the SB with McNabb and I think they went to the NFC championship game 3 or 4 times in a row? I could google that, but I'm not gonna

The only teams from the NFC to not make a single NFC conference championship game since 1995: the Detroit Lions, the Washington Redskins, and the Dallas Cowboys. That's some great company to keep there for the past 21 seasons. The Eagles have made 5 in that same time period, including a Super Bowl appearance as well. When you only win 3 playoff games in the past 21 years, as the cowboys have done, it's very difficult to make a conference championship game, let alone the Super Bowl.

Slide, boy. Slide!
He's sneaky fast... and probably too strong for his own good actually
Both of those admirable traits could lead to his demise
With the Seahawks coming up in three weeks I'd suggest he stop running pretty soon
Kam Chancellor / Bobby Wagner / Earl Thomas / KJ Wright
would sell their collective souls to Satan himself for a cheap shot at Wentz
Any one of those guys would gladly end their own careers to end any quarterbacks career
Wentz beware !!!
