That’s a big win against a team that has won 96% of their games on that court. :thumb:
It's a nice win, but Pittsburgh was picked last in the ACC. Still, it's nice to see the Griz actually close out & win a close game for once.

Also, the Lady Griz only lost in Laramie by 5 despite not having Goligoski (or Valley, or Sims/Harris).

Got it. So really, no matter what the Griz do (apparently in ANY sport) it’s not going to qualify as a quality win.

My argument is that it is sort of a quality win. Pitt was only favored by 3 in the point spread as of last night.

I do think last year's team would've found a way to lose this one, though.

While Montana got a nice win, Jack Murphy may have just put a noose around his professional neck as NAU lost to an NAIA school tonight. I don't even remember the last time a men's Big Sky team lost to a non-DI in a game that counted (it's happened a few times recently on the women's side).

This was also Pittsburgh's first loss in a home opener since 1996, and Montana's first win in a road opener since the same season.

Stanford & Washington seem doable, not so much for UCLA.
