This tournament has the potential to be very interesting. There's no clear favorite at all, and the bottom-3 teams are each .500 or better in recent weeks.

I'll take Sac, Idalol, PSU, and the Griz in the first round.

Kitties (unfortunately), EWU, PSU, and Griz in QFs.

EWU and Griz in SFs.

EWU goes to the Big Dance....

Portland State beat NAU by 12 in the evening bout, much easier than their two 1-point wins over the 'Jacks in the regular season.

Idaho State leads Montana by 12 at the half.

2-2 isn't too bad...until I stop to remember that I had the Griz in the finals, and now they're gone. Ugh!

EWU guaranteed us all a new tourney champ by knocking off Idaho. That's a break for MSU, because Eastern is 0-8 in the semis under Wendy Schuller.

Portland State upsets North Dakota for the second time in 6 days. That means the winner of the late game will be wearing the light jerseys on Friday.

NoDak now hoping hard for an MSU tourney title so they can get in the WNIT.

Either 3-4 or 4-4 in the QFs, depending on whether one is looking at those I chose to win or those I chose to LOSE. I suppose it's a matter of half full vs. half empty....
