During the crowd shots I kept seeing breif glimpses of what I thought was SH. Late in the game I finally was able to get a decent snap of this person and it was uncanny how much I was reminded of SH.
Barely pictured just below the skin tight jorts are knee high teal and black socks, teal one leg and black the other. Long sleeves and gloves worn along with it.
Not pictured is a group of young chidlren just to this person's right which they were trying not to look at for too long at one time...
