Primarily due to the death of DB Ronnie Caldwell two weeks ago, the Demons have canceled the rest of their season. Head coach Brad Laird also resigned. They previously canceled their matchup with Nicholls State the Saturday following Caldwell's death. They then played SELU last Thursday (a 37-20 Lion win). NW State finishes their season 0-6.
