    vs. FCS: 3-3
    Overall: 9-5

Best Performance: (#7) Idaho 33, (FBS) Nevada 6 - Blowing out Mountain West teams is becoming an annual tradition for the Big Sky as Gevani McCoy shreds the Wolfpack for 313 yards and 2 TDs on just 21 pass attempts.

Worst Performance: Northern Colorado 7, (#10) Incarnate Word 42 - After 2 FCS games, the Bears have only scored a total of 3 points outside of garbage time.

Most Surprising Result: Eastern Washington 31, (FBS) Fresno St. 34 (OT) - It was Eastern's 10th. straight loss to an opponent with a pulse, but nearly knocking off a team that beat Purdue last week is still impressive.

LAM 14-24 ULM
UIW 42-7 NOCO
SELU 17-35 USA
NWST 21-51 LATECH

Worst Performance: Texas A&M-Commerce 6, (#9) Sacramento St. 34 - The Lion defense allows 503 yards and registers 0 tackles-for-loss.

Most Surprising Result: Lamar 14, (FBS) Louisiana-Monroe 24 - Being in the game late against any FBS, even a bad one like ULM, may be a sign of progress for the Cardinals.

    Overall: 10-3

Best Performance: (#24) Southern Illinois 14, (FBS) Northern Illinois 11 - The Saluki defense picks up 11 TFLs, 4 sacks, and 3 INTs as they shut down the team that upset Boston College last week.

Worst Performance: Western Illinois 18, Illinois St. 34 - This game was surprisingly competitive when you notice that the Leathernecks lost rushing 276 to -5.

Most Surprising Result: (#21) Northern Iowa 17, (#12) Weber St. 34 - The Panthers commit 6 turnovers, 4 in the second half, as they look suspect for the second-straight week.

ALCORN 10-38 SFA
UNA 31-52 TARL

    Overall: 6-11

    vs. FCS: 2-1
    Overall: 5-4

Best Performance: Eastern Kentucky 17, (FBS) Kentucky 28 - The Colonels take an SEC team receiving top-25 votes down to pretty much the wire.

Worst Performance: Utah Tech 13, (#13) Montana 43 - The Blazers fall behind 43-0 and somehow look less competitive than they did in Bozeman last week.

Most Surprising Result: Eastern Kentucky 17, (FBS) Kentucky 28 - It's difficult to know what to expect from a team that lost to Kentucky by just 11 one week after they lost to Cincinnati by 53.

    Overall: 0-10

Best Performance: Dayton 62, (DII) Central St. 24 - They Flyers win rushing 308-12 and score 15 points on defense as they blow past the DII team that beat Mississippi Valley State last week.

Worst Performance: San Diego 21, (DII) Colorado-Mesa 28 (OT) - The Toreros had a 150-yard rusher (Isaiah Williams) and 0 turnovers, and they still found a way to lose to a nondescript DII opponent.

Most Surprising Result: Davidson 31, (DII) Barton 33 - Davidson's hopes for a 4th. straight PFL auto-bid look suspect after losing to a DII team they beat by 20 last season.

Most Surprising Result: Morgan St. 21, (FBS) Akron 24 - Playing a weak MAC team close proves the Richmond upset wasn't a total fluke, at least, but it has to be demoralizing to blow an FBS scalp opportunity by giving up a fumble-return TD with less than a minute to go. :?
