Weber State @ North Dakota. HUUUUUUUGE Playoff implications. Besides who doesn't like watching defensive slugfests?

The only game I can't pick who I would favor is the SDSU/ILL St game.

On the contrary...I love me some defense and short games where every possession counts. No wait, where only 2 or 3 possessions count...or something like that.

I have no opinion on ANY of these as "Game of the Week." However, I WILL propose an Upset Special (though it's a "play-up" game for the FCS team involved.

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

Fortunately for them, Bethune is good for what ails them.SuperHornet wrote:I have no opinion on ANY of these as "Game of the Week." However, I WILL propose an Upset Special (though it's a "play-up" game for the FCS team involved.

Meh. I'm forever in "hate Nebraska" mode after what they did to UOP in 1994 and 1995....89Hen wrote:Fortunately for them, Bethune is good for what ails them.SuperHornet wrote:I have no opinion on ANY of these as "Game of the Week." It's fine to hate, but when it makes you say dumb things like Bethune will or could beat them, it's not healthy. I would expect Nebraska to take out all their frustrations of a tough year on Bethune. They very well may be able to score some points as Nebraska's defense is absolutely abysmal, but it shouldn't be close.SuperHornet wrote:Meh. Thriller in Newark yesterday! I’ll be talking to Kani Kane’s grandma this week. He scored two TDs yesterday.

Yeah, I was wrong. But I was having images of what App did to Michigan several years back....89Hen wrote:It's fine to hate, but when it makes you say dumb things like Bethune will or could beat them, it's not healthy.
