Montana #22 is retired in honor of former RB Terry Dillon, who was killed in a construction accident in 1964 after playing one year as a DB for the Minnesota Vikings.

JMU's #22 RASHAD ROBINSON. 3 year starter. On virtually every pre season All America list. Could be one of the 1st I-AA taken in the draft. Hero Sports has Robinson as the #1 NFL prospect out of I-AA..

2018 as a Senior: STATS FCS Buck Buchanan Award preseason watch list... CAA Preseason Defensive Player of the Year... STATS FCS First Team Preseason All-American... Athlon Sports First Team Preseason All-American... HERO Sports First Team Preseason All-American... Preseason All-CAA.

2017 as a Junior: Played in all 15 games, making eight starts at cornerback… AFCA FCS First Team All-American... Associated Press FCS Second Team All-American... STATS FCS Third Team All-American... HERO Sports FCS Third Team All-American... First Team All-CAA Cornerback... VaSID First Team All-State… CAA Defensive Player of the Week (Oct. 30)... Had 51 total tackles (38 solo), to go with 2.5 tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks, one forced fumble, seven interceptions, one defensive touchdown, nine pass breakups and two quarterback hurries… Ranked third nationally and in the CAA in interceptions… Tied for fourth in JMU single-season history in picks and third in interception yards (145)… Also ranks third in the CAA in passes defended (16)… Returned an interception 82 yards for a touchdown against New Hampshire (Oct. 28), marking the third-longest interception return in school history... Career-high two interceptions in FBS-win at ECU (Sept. 2)… Had a 63-yard interception return at William & Mary (Oct. 21)… Career-high 12 tackles (9 solo) and 1.0 sack in FCS Semifinals against South Dakota State (Dec. 16)… Also had eight tackles and a half sack against Richmond (Nov. 11)… Had three or more tackles in nine games.

The amazing thing is, Robinson, with 7 INTs last season, was only 3rd on the team in INT. The other All American corner, Jimmye Moreland (who also has a good shot at playing on Sundays), had 8..
