Deluca ran the 40 under 2 minutes, but had the 5th best agility time. Scouts say he has great football instinct on where the ball is going, just had a difficult time on getting there against NFL backs in the Senior Bowl game.

DeLuca dropped when he ran a 2 minute 40. He did sign as an UDFA with the Titans.

I assume with 326 invitees there would have been around 25-30 de ends and around 25-30 OT invited. NFL Draft Scout has Ankrah (6'3"/248) ranked 22 of 163 DEs, & projected 7th rd/FA, with rising stock (probably an OLB at next level).
They have Stinnie (6'5"/309) as 29 of 115 OTs, projected FA, with rising stock.
Ankrah is a beast.
JMU none drafted.
UDFA:
OT Aaron Stinnie Titans
S Raven Greene Packers

Rookie minicamp:
QB Bryan Schor, Bears
WR Ishmael Hyman, Titans
DE Andrew Ankrah, Titans
DT Simeyon Robinson- Bengals
S Jordan Brown, Ravens, Titans.

The rookie minicamps are LONG odds- someone said on the JMU board that last May the Redskons had 37 in their rookie minicamp, and only 1 made the active roster. On the other hand, Rashard Davis, a Wr on JMU’s 2016 NC team, was in a rookie minicamp last May and got a Super Bowl ring with the Eagles.

Not surprised that JMU had zero drafted (I thought it was 50/50 would have 1 (either Stinnie or Ankrah). Not surprised that had only 2 UDFA. Am very surprised that it was Stinnie and Greene, not Stinnie and Ankrah. Like I said earlier on here back in Feb when Ankrah didn’t get a combine invite- NFL Draft Scout had him ranked 22 of 163 DEs, & projected 7th rd/FA, with rising stock..

Ironic that I-AA would have 19 players drafted, but none would be from NDSU & JMU.

NDSU had UDFA: DeLuca to Titans and DB Chris Board to the Ravens

Minicamp invites: Long snapper James Fisher will try out with the Chicago Bears and offensive lineman Austin Kuhnert and defensive tackle Nate Tanguay will each get a shot with the Minnesota Vikings.

I must admit that I thought PJ Hall was over rated. Guess not.

Maybe I just didn't appreciate him because Sam Houston State's defense was so bad.

Speaking of the Titans, besides Deluca UDFA, like I mentioned above
JMU: Aaron Stinnie, OT, UDFA. Ankrah, Jordan Brown, CB, Ishmael Hyman, WR, also getting tryouts.

Here's a link that lists every I-AA player that got a UDFA or rookie minicamp tryout (it doesn't distinguish between UDFA and the one's who got tryouts:
