Yes dammit. Houston Baptist had a real chance to win that game and if they HAD that would've really helped McNeese's at large prospects should McNeese win its last two games.

Still hope. Nicholls State finishes at Stephen F. Austin and at Southeastern Louisiana. The Colonels losing both of those games is not beyond the realm of reasonable possibility.

But them losing to Houston Baptist would've been outstanding. That would've been a "bad" loss.

Houston Baptist is pretty good on defense. They do tend to fade because their offense is zero and they stay on the field all night. But until they start getting tired they're stout.
