The College Football Ranking Composite has Elon at #14.

It's got Delaware at 9, Villanova at 23, Stony Brook at 20, Richmond at 25, and New Hampshire at 38.

Youngstown State is about as Western as the Dallas Cowboys are the NFC EAST.

That was based more on historic rivalries (WAS, PHI, NYG) than anything else. Worse was probably the past presence of the St. Louis Cardinals in the NFC East and the Atlanta Falcons in the NFC West....
